Diploid Pulsatilla species and their natural hybrids in North-Western Russia

Tree endangered diploid Pulsatilla (Ranunculaceae) species crossbread in nature and form interspecific homoploid hybrids. Intragenomic variation of rDNA in hybrids observed using NGS-based ITS1 analysis. Hypothesis about pseudogenization and domination of one of the parental ribotypes in F1 hatural hybrids are tested.
