Three sampling time points (5 min, 15 min, and 30 min) were selected for the transcriptomic analysis of vB_SauM-515A1 bacteriophage infection. The lytic bacteriophage vB_SauM-515A1 of Myoviridae family was isolated from the commercial Staphylococcus bacteriophage cocktail (batch P332) produced by the Microgen company (Russia) using enrichment cultures. The Staphylococcus aureus strain SA515 (spa-type t008) was used as a host for the investigated phage.
