Effect of overexpression and depletion of MCEMP1 following stimulation of THP1 cells with TGF-beta THP1 cells were transduced with lentivirus to stably overexpress or knockdown MCEMP1 expression, and subsequently treated with TGF-beta for 24 hours to see how changes in MCEMP1 expression affects THP1 response to TGF-beta.
