资源简介:

This dataset contains de-identified clinical outcome data from a pragmatic multicenter waitlist-controlled pilot trial evaluating Process- and Embodiment-Focused Psychology (PEP) for moderate depressive episodes (ICD-10 F32.1). The study was conducted in real-world outpatient settings across Germany (study registration: DRKS00033846). Fifty-two adults with moderate depressive symptoms were allocated to an immediate treatment group (n = 22) receiving 12 sessions of manualized PEP, or a waitlist control group (n = 30). After the waiting period, the control group also received the intervention. Follow-up assessments were conducted six months after treatment completion. The dataset is provided in long format (one row per participant per assessment timepoint; 165 rows, 17 variables) and includes primary and secondary outcomes assessed at baseline (T1), post-treatment (T2), post-treatment waitlist phase (T3, waitlist group only), and six-month follow-up (T4). Outcomes include depressive symptom severity (BDI-II), anxiety (BAI), sense of coherence (SOC-29), generalized self-efficacy (GSWE), self-esteem (RSE), and life satisfaction (L-1 single item). Sociodemographic and clinical baseline variables are also included. De-identification measures: subject IDs have been randomized; exact age has been replaced with 5-year bands; free-text medication entries have been removed; individual therapist identifiers have been recoded to professional background group. Full variable documentation is provided in the accompanying codebook (codebook.md). The associated manuscript is: Pfeiffer A, Grabener L, Jahn B, Kulens C, Reimann A, Jacobs S, Bohne M, Beissner F.
