根据历年发生的重大海洋灾害事件，各地市通过在“海洋灾普数据上报更新管理系统”进行数据上报，全省各地市5年左右普查采集一次；展示历史重大海洋灾害事件信息，为海洋主管单位更好的管理海洋安全问题【注：9999、9998为业务上的未定义概念，与0及空值是不同的概念；"未定义"就是没有定义未确定的意思；例：比如某个等级数据目前没有定义未确定，有些用户就会写上这个特定值进行示意，表示当前这个数据还没有定义具体结果】

Based on major marine disaster events that have occurred over the years, various prefecture-level cities submit data through the "Marine Disaster Census Data Reporting and Update Management System". The prefecture-level cities under the province conduct census and data collection approximately every 5 years. It displays information on historical major marine disaster events, aiming to assist marine regulatory authorities in better managing marine safety issues. Note: 9999 and 9998 are business-related undefined concepts, which are distinct from 0 and null values.
