资源简介:
Objective To observe the changes in cardiac function and aerobic exercise ability of sedentary female college students after high-intensity interval training (HIIT) intervention, and provide reference for guiding students to develop scientific and effective exercise plans.Method 26 sedentary female college students were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a moderate intensity continuous training (MCT) group (n=13) and a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) group (n=13). The maximum oxygen uptake of the subjects was tested through a multi-stage incremental load test. The MCT group received continuous training at 30 minutes and 60% of the maximum oxygen uptake intensity, while the HIIT group received training at 90% of the maximum oxygen uptake intensity for 3 minutes each time and 2 minutes interval, for a total of 6 groups. Both groups received training 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Before and after the weekly training, the subjects were tested and compared for their physical condition, heart function, and aerobic exercise capacity indicators. Results Before and after training, the BMI (pre: 22.34 ± 2.73, post: 21.56 ± 2.39) and body fat percentage (pre: 31.43 ± 5.65, post: 28.85 ± 5.52) of the HIIT group decreased compared to the BMI (pre: 22.98 ± 3.23, post: 22.35 ± 3.09) and body fat percentage (pre: 33.15 ± 4.48, post: 31.48 ± 4.73) of the MCT group (P<0.01 for both). In terms of cardiac morphology, HIIT group IVSd (anterior posterior), IVSs (anterior posterior) LVIDd (front: back;) LVIDs (front: back;) Compared with MCT group IVSd (anterior posterior), IVSs (anterior posterior) LVIDd (front: back;) LVIDs (front: back;) There was no significant difference between the two groups. In terms of cardiac function, the HIIT group had CO (anterior posterior) and EDV (anterior posterior) SV (front: back;) Compared with MCT group CO (front: back;), EDV (front: back;) SV (front: back;) There was no significant difference between the two groups. In terms of aerobic exercise ability, the maximum oxygen uptake of the HIIT group (2204.15 ± 232.39 before training, 2539.23 ± 339.39 after training) and the MCT group (2136.15 ± 240.76 before training, 2462.00 ± 318.29 after training) both increased (P values<0.01), while the running economy of the HIIT group (1796.46 ± 236.68 before training, 1616.15 ± 282.77 after training) and the MCT group (1688.92 ± 254.61 before training, 1575.69 ± 257.73 after training) significantly decreased (P values<0.01). The exhaustion time of HIIT group was significantly improved (P<0.01), and the difference between groups was very significant (P<0.01). The lactate clearance rate (before: 0.26 ± 0.14, after: 0.33 ± 0.13) and heart rate recovery (before HRR1; 144.23 ± 17.80, after HRR1) were observed in the HIIT group; 134.46 ± 9.48, before HRR2: 129.54 ± 15.51, after HRR2: 123.08 ± 9.21, before HRR3: 124.15 ± 13.36, after HRR3: 115.23 ± 8.10, before HRR4: 120.38 ± 12.93, after HRR4; 110.38 ± 7.46) and lactate clearance rate (before: 0.23 ± 0.20, after: 0.29 ± 0.21), heart rate recovery (before HRR1; 149.00 ± 15.36, after HRR1) in the MCT group; 144.08 ± 12.65, before HRR2: 131.77 ± 12.91, after HRR2: 129.77 ± 12.54, before HRR3: 125.15 ± 13.47, after HRR3: 120.23 ± 10.42, before HRR4: 122.46 ± 12.44, after HRR4; There was no significant difference between the two groups (114.31 ± 9.79).Conclusion Both HIIT and MCT can significantly improve aerobic exercise ability in sedentary female college students, and HIIT has a significantly better training effect than MCT. However, both HIIT and MCT cannot produce benign changes in cardiac morphology and function.
