It provides the network topology and hourly congestion records for the Zhengzhou Railway Hub Network (Henan Province, China), covering the full year 2023: 50 stations, 197 track connections, and 438,000 hourly operational records (congestion index, passenger flow, average delay). Seven result tables and Python code for data loading and figure generation are included. Raw TOMIS operational records are withheld under a confidentiality agreement; the structural and aggregated data provided here are sufficient to reproduce all reported results.
