Dataset summary.

Columns stratify by assay availability, including samples with results for sgRNA and totRNA, culture and either RNA type, and any combination of two or more included assays. Entries indicate sample sizes for the corresponding cofactor, formatted as: the number of samples/individuals/articles. Doses are grouped by total plaque forming units (though they are analyzed as a continuous variable). Target gene corresponds with the totRNA assay when available, otherwise the sgRNA assay. The full article-specific data distribution is shown in S1 Table.
