Mitochondrial genome sequencing and assembly of Pinctada margaritifera

This project aims to sequence and assemble the complete mitochondrial genome of Pinctada margaritifera to support molecular phylogenetic and evolutionary analyses. The generated data will provide valuable genomic resources for studying gene organization, evolutionary patterns, and phylogenetic relationships among bivalves.
