This dataset contains the complete transcriptomic analysis outputs for the project X204SC23111202-Z01-F002. The data were generated using RNA-seq from Rhizopus microsporus, including three biological replicates per condition. The four experimental conditions were: Wild-type UM6 grown at 30 °C (UM630) Wild-type UM6 grown at 37 °C (UM637) choC mutant UM120 grown at 30 °C (UM12030) choC mutant UM120 grown at 37 °C (UM12037) The repository includes: RawData folderContains the raw sequencing data for all biological replicates. Each condition (UM630, UM637, UM12030, UM12037) is represented by three replicates (R1–R3). Each replicate folder includes two paired-end FASTQ files, corresponding to forward and reverse reads, as well as an MD5.txt checksum file. Compressed HTML reportIncludes quality control summaries, count tables, and interactive plots, viewable in any web browser. Transcript (Excel summaries) Transcriptomic Analysis and Expression Pattern-Based Category-Subcategory Classification: gene-level differential expression across four pairwise contrasts (UM637 vs UM630, UM12037 vs UM12030, UM12030 vs UM630, UM12037 vs UM637). Columns include ID, a DE flag per contrast, baseMean_[contrasts], log2FC_[contrasts ], padj_[contrats], plus summary annotations Category and Subcategory. Significant GO Term Enrichment Analysis: GO over-representation results with category (GO ID), over_represented_pvalue, -LOG10(pvalue), under_represented_pvalue, numDEInCat, numInC at, term, ontology (BP/CC/MF) and FDR_over. These data correspond to the analyses reported in the manuscript "Phosphatidylcholine Biosynthesis via choC is Crucial for Cellular Integrity and Virulence in Rhizopus microsporus".
