This data set comprises 16S sequences from different depths in photic zone of the upper water column 0 - 100 m collected via CTD Rosette in the Central Arctic Ocean throughout the MOSAiC drift experiment (October 2019 - 2020), when RV Polarstern drifted via the transpolar drift through the Arctic Ocean.
