To investigate the molecular events essentifal for POH1-mediated ADM and PDAC development, we performed RNA-seq assays to detect transcriptome changes in POH1-deficient pancreas. The pancreatic tissues depleted of poh1 gene were obtained from Pdx1-Cre+, poh1f/f mice. The pancreas from Pdx1-Cre+, poh1f/+ mice were used as control.
