Data repository: Experimental infection of pigs and ferrets with “pre-pandemic,” human-adapted, and swine-adapted variants of the H1N1pdm09 Influenza A virus reveals significant differences in viral dynamics and pathological manifestations

S1 data includes the data used for the Figures and Tables in the paper and it also additional results such as: summary statistics, ELISA results, viral titers of pig and ferret samples, macroscopic evaluation results and inter-observer-agreement measurements. Clinical_statistics.csv, pathology.csv and viral_shedding_statistics.csv are used in the 2020_experimental_infection_pigs_and_ferrets_plos_pathogens_statistics_.R (which is the R-codes used for the statistical analysis). Correlation.pzfx includes the correlation analysis of maximal increase of body temperature from baseline and weight gain from 0 to 3 days post inoculation (DPI).
