We report mRNA sequencing from decidual stromal cells after 24 hours and 6 days treatment with Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) activators 100 µM L-kynurenine or 10 nM TCDD (2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin) Overall design: We report mRNA sequencing from samples with 24 hours (n=3) or 6 days (n=2) treatment with Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) activators 100 µM L-kynurenine or 10 nM TCDD (2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin) that was combined with AHR ChIP-Seq data. Before kynurenine and TCDD treatments endometrial stromal fibroblasts were in vitro decidulization with cAMP and progesterone (MPA) for 2 days. Media and activators were changed every 2 days. The 24 hours control (3 days of decidulization: GSM3138934, GSM3138935 and GSM3138936) and 6 days control (8 days of decidulization: GSM3138937 and GSM3138938) mRNA sequencing samples without AHR activators were submitted previously.
