Beyond Methane Oxidation: The Protein Landscape of ANME-2a Reveals an Integrated System for Diazotrophy and Membrane Fortification.

This dataset comprises the full ANME-2a network in gephi binary format, second version, after the first round of revision. This new version had several important modifications compared to the previous network. We have now added five canonical proteins that were omitted from the initial version. The additional context brought more interesting insights to our hypotheses of AOM modularity. To open the graphic file, you need to install the software with the same name. You can download the GEPHI software from gephi.org. In addition to the Gephi file, I have made available some tabular files containing the data discussed in the article in TSV (Tab-Separated Values) format.Moreover, all files necessary to reproduce the Fisher test with a False Discovery Rate below 5% are available in the pathway subfolder, including Python scripts.
