资源简介:

This dataset was generated as part of APPROACH project activities (specifically Task 2.5 of WP2), to development of radio-absorbing materials (RAMs) in different frequency regions. Metals and magnetic materials were mainly used for electromagnetic radiation (EMR) shielding due to their good mechanical properties. Although such materials have high shielding efficiency, they have a number of disadvantages: they are heavy, easily corroded and difficult to process, and due to their high conductivity, EMR is reflected on the surface, which limits their use as microwave absorbers. More convenient materials for EMR shielding are polymer composites with various fillers due to their perfect characteristics: they have high thermal stability, low density, excellent mechanical properties, the ability to resist corrosion. Among them, RAMs with high values of high-frequency magnetic permeability – composites based on nanopowders of different ferromagnetic metals and ferrites are of considerable interest. Such materials effectively absorb EMF in the frequency band 30 MHz - 1000 MHz, and the radio signal reflection coefficient can be reduced by up to 20 dB or more in a wide wavelengths band (up to 30% of the average operating frequency). The aim of this research was the ferrite synthesis with the composition Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4, its investigation by SEM, TGA, PXRD, FTIR and DRS methods, obtaining a composite material based on PVC as a polymer matrix and this ferrite as a filler, and investigating the microwave properties of the obtained composite material in the ultra-high frequency band.
