SenTrace: organ-secretome entropy in aging - reproducibility package

Lightweight reproducibility deposit for the SenTrace GeroScience submission, including analysis scripts, compact derived tables, text reports, file manifests, and reproducibility instructions. Version 2026-08-24.1 adds compact inputs and an offline reproduction script for adjusted OSE models, cohort heterogeneity, measured-feature counts, true-prior reproduction and fixed-seed randomized-prior sensitivity, while retaining the three-variant, locus-specific NECTIN2/APOE multivariable Mendelian randomization module. OSE is conditional on measured platform coverage and the locked organ prior; Lehallier is not positive adjusted replication, and the SWISS100 contrasts do not pass the randomized-prior specificity test. Journal-facing result figures, graphical abstract files, raw public archives, cached public source files, local package libraries, local environments, and sensitive source metadata are excluded.
