Our study, exome sequencing data of 2042 healthy Han Chinese individuals were collected for analysis of pathogenic variants on 4677 genes. With proper considerations on the utility of such genetic information in the prevention, early intervention, and clinical management of these conditions, the prevalence of these variants could be supportive evidence for a comprehensive screening program in adults of the general population.
