ProCESS Pre-Defined Datasets

The datasets used by the pre-defined setups of the ProCESS mutation engine. They include the data for a demonstrative setup ("demo") and the setups for both the human genome versions 19 ("GRCh19") and 38 ("GRCh38"). Each dataset contains: A file of known driver mutations A file of ammissible passenger CNAs Some germline variants extracted from the 1000 Genome project dataset. (Please refer to the "International Genome Sample Resource (IGSR) Disclaimer" for licence details) The "demo" dataset also contains a demonstrative version of SBS and ID mutational signatures.
