Dataset with pairwise distances employed to conduct the divergence analyses.The following information is provided:Species1 = identity of species #1Species2 = identity of species #2acoustic_dist = acoustic distance for that species pair.morpho_dist = morphological distance for that species pair.elevation_dist = elevational distance for that species pair.phylo_dist = phylogenetic distance for that species pair.nodeID = identity of the node from which both species diverged.node_age = age of the node.node_age2 = squared node age.geo_dist = geographical distance for that species pair.overlap = degree of sympatry for each species pair using the overlap or Szymkiewicz-Simpson index (proportion of the smaller range that occurs in the larger range).schoener = degree of sympatry for each species pair using the Schoener's index.ElevOverlapM = elevational overlap in meters.ElevOverlap = degree of elevational overlap of pairs of sympatric taxa (computed by dividing the amount of overlap by the elevational range of the taxon with narrower range).CAT1 = classification of the pair (discerning between sympatric and non-sympatric pairs).CAT2 = classification of the pair (discerning between sympatric in elevation [syntopic] and non-sympatric in elevation [non-syntopic]).CAT3 = classification of the pair (discerning between syntopic, sympatric but non-syntopic, and non-sympatric pairs).
