The data included whole-exome sequencing data of 49 newly diagnosed DS stage III MM patients who received standard first-line therapy and did not undergo autologous stem cell transplantation, 7 patients with relapsed or refractory MM, and 7 patients with newly diagnosed monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance between July 2017 and October 2019 at the department of hematology, Zhongshan hospital Fudan University.本数据集包含2017年7月至2019年10月期间，复旦大学附属中山医院血液科收集的受试者全外显子组测序（whole-exome sequencing）数据，具体包括：49例接受标准一线治疗且未行自体造血干细胞移植（autologous stem cell transplantation）的新诊断III期DS分型多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma, MM）患者、7例复发/难治性多发性骨髓瘤患者，以及7例新诊断的意义未明单克隆免疫球蛋白血症（monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance）患者。
