Metatranscriptome sequencing of pea aphids harboring Regiella insecticola infected with Pandora neoaphidis

This study was designed to measure gene expression of the pea aphid (genotype LSR1) facultative endosymbiont Regiella insecticola strain LSR in the presence and absence of the fungal pathogen Pandora neoaphidis, against which Regiella confers resistance.
