N型TOPCon组件(简称:N型)和P型PERC组件(简称:P型)在相同条件下(地点、时间、数量、朝向、支架类型、逆变器参数等)进行全年发电量监测,通过数据得出N型和P型的全年单瓦发电量,计算N型较P型的全年单瓦发电增益,有助于向客户在选取组件产品时给予数据参考。两种类型的组件产品在相同条件下进行发电量数据检测,通过对比测试,记录N型较P型的单瓦发电增益;
1、数据来源:N型和P型的发电量是通过直流电表监测得出;组件功率由实验室IV测试仪测得;
2、数据整理:记录全年监测组件的实时月发电量累计并汇总,得出光伏组件在实际运行过程中的发电性能;
3、模型选择:组串功率=单块组件功率*10块/串(每串10块是根据实证项目设计要求);组件单瓦发电量(kWh/Kw)=累积发电量kWh/组串功率kW;N型组件单瓦发电增益(%)= N型单瓦发电量(kWh/kW)/P型单瓦发电量(kWh/kW)-1
4、数据应用:结合电站运行维护记录,对采集数据进行筛选处理;
5、数据成果:根据算法规则得出N型组件的发电增益数据,在选取组件产品时给予数据参考。
N-type TOPCon modules (abbreviated as N-type) and P-type PERC modules (abbreviated as P-type) were monitored for annual power generation under identical conditions including location, time, number of modules, module orientation, rack type, inverter parameters and other relevant factors. Based on the collected data, the annual power generation per watt of both N-type and P-type modules was calculated, and the annual power generation gain per watt of N-type modules relative to P-type modules was derived, which provides reliable data reference for customers when selecting photovoltaic module products.
1. Data Source: The power generation of N-type and P-type modules is monitored via DC energy meters; the module rated power is measured by laboratory IV testers.
2. Data Organization: The real-time monthly cumulative power generation of the monitored modules throughout the year is recorded and summarized to obtain the power generation performance of photovoltaic modules during actual operation.
3. Model Formulation: String power = single-module rated power × 10 modules per string (the configuration of 10 modules per string is determined according to the design requirements of the empirical project); Power generation per watt of modules (kWh/kW) = cumulative power generation (kWh) / string power (kW); Power generation gain per watt of N-type modules (%) = [Power generation per watt of N-type modules (kWh/kW) / Power generation per watt of P-type modules (kWh/kW)] - 1
4. Data Application: Combine with the operation and maintenance records of the target power station to screen and preprocess the collected raw data.
5. Data Outcomes: The power generation gain data of N-type modules is obtained through the established algorithm rules, which provides data support for customers when selecting photovoltaic module products.
