Air Rights Lots

Air Rights Lots reflect a party’s right to construct an improvement above an existing area of land not owned by the constructor. A development right referring to the empty space above a property. These are numbered 7000-7999. However, 8000 series lots represent development sites owned by the District, leased to a developer, and all units are rental or a residential owner owns both residential and commercial portions and the lot is split to ensure the appropriate real estate taxes are assessed.空中权地块（Air Rights Lots）指一方在非自身所有的现有土地上方实施建设改良的权利，其本质为针对物业上方空置空间的开发权。该类地块的编号范围为7000至7999。但8000系列地块指代由辖区所有、出租给开发商的开发用地；此类地块的所有单元均为租赁型物业，或住宅业主同时持有住宅与商业部分，且该地块已完成分割以确保不动产税费得到恰当计征。
