This data is mainly used to determine the effect of HBZ on microRNA expression in cells and to identify the microRNAs regulated by HBZ, including upregulation and downregulation. Overall design: We constructed Jurkat cells stably expressing HBZ(Jurkat-HBZ) or control vectors(Jurkat-Ctrl) by lentiviral transduction for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.Both stable cell lines were cultured in vitro under appropriate culture conditions and harvested in their logarithmic growth phase for RNA extraction.
