Epigenetic subtypes of neuroblastoma [scRNA-seq SK-N-SH]

In the absence of recurrent gene mutations, evidence accumulates that epigenetic deregulation plays a prominent role in neuroblastoma biology. Here we provide single cell expression profiles (scRNA-seq MARS-seq) of SK-N-SH cells (n=1176) single-cell RNA-seq in SK-N-SH cell line (n=1176) under the following culture conditions: RPMI1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum and 1% penicillin/streptomycin at 37°C and 5% CO2 and subcultured every 3-4 days.
