Single cell RNA-Seq result of spinal cord of AR-97Q mice and AR-24Q mice at 6 weeks

To understand the early pathogenesis of SBMA and to systematically assess the role of different cells in the spinal cord of SBMA, we conducted snRNA-seq on the spinal cord of AR-97Q and AR-24Q mice at 6 weeks. The genes related to ion channel and synapse function were up-regulated in oligodendrocytes of AR-97Q mice. Overall design: Single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) was conducted on spinal cord samples from AR-97Q and AR-24Q mice at pre-onset stage (6 weeks of age). Spinal cords from 4 mice per a sample were pooled for homogenization and nuclear isolation.
