西藏牦牛组织样品照片视频数据集（2021-2022）

为摸清西藏牦牛现阶段资源数量、分布以及利用现状，为西藏牦牛多样性保护及利用奠定基础，子课题（2019QZKK05010705）2021-2022年期间在西藏自治区调查牦牛遗传资源并采集组织样品，包括查吾拉牦牛（20头）、江达牦牛（21头）、类乌齐牦牛（65头）、帕里牦牛（20头）、斯布牦牛（20头）、西藏高山牦牛（20头）。本数据集包含6个组织样品信息表和照片视频。信息表记录包含性别、年龄、体重、体高、采样地等信息，照片包含个体外观照，生境照，工作视频。

To clarify the current resource quantity, distribution and utilization status of yaks in Tibet, and lay a foundation for the diversity conservation and utilization of Tibetan yaks, the sub-project (2019QZKK05010705) conducted a survey on yak genetic resources and collected tissue samples in the Tibet Autonomous Region from 2021 to 2022. The surveyed yaks include 20 Chawula yaks, 21 Jiangda yaks, 65 Leiwuqi yaks, 20 Pali yaks, 20 Sibu yaks, and 20 Tibetan Alpine yaks. This dataset contains 6 tissue sample information tables, as well as photos and videos. The information tables record information such as sex, age, body weight, withers height, sampling location and other relevant details, while the collected materials include individual appearance photos, habitat photos and on-site working videos.
