VPRS 11444 Listing of Items of Business in Minutes

This series consists of small folders containing a listing of the items of business discussed in meetings of the Grain Elevators Board and recorded in the minutes (VPRS 9689).For the most part, entries for a meeting are recorded on a single page. Entries are arranged in chronological order and record the date of the meeting, the item number, page number in the minutes and a brief description of the item discussed.It is not clear whether volumes were created before August 1967. As there was provision in the final volume to record details of additional meetings, it can be reasonably concluded that the series ceased after the meeting of 20 March 1975.
