Full-length Transcriptome Data Analysis of Guanine Crystal Deletion in Skin of Cyprinus carpio var. Quanzhounensis

In order to reveal the structural basis and transcriptome characteristics of guanine crystal deletion in the skin of Quanzhou Hehua carp, Jian carp was used as the control, and the lower scale tissue with the most significant difference in guanine crystal distribution was selected as the research material. Firstly, the tissue structure was observed by transmission electron microscope, and then the ont full-length transcriptome was sequenced.
