"Dynamic MEC Scheduling Dataset"

"This dataset provides synthetic simulation data for dynamic mobile edge computing (MEC) task scheduling. The data are generated according to a delay-energy-aware task assignment and resource allocation model in which end devices generate computation tasks and edge servers provide wireless access and computing resources. The dataset includes device configurations, edge server information, and task instances under multiple dynamic MEC environments. Each task record contains information such as the associated device, arrival time, computation workload, input data size, output data size, and task type. The dataset can be used to evaluate task assignment, task offloading, resource allocation, dynamic scheduling, and multi-objective optimization methods in MEC systems. It is particularly suitable for studying the trade-off between task completion delay and end-device energy consumption under changing task loads and resource conditions."
