Sebastes schlegelii Raw sequence reads

In this study, pseudo-males were successfully obtained by feeding exogenous synthetic 17a-methyltestosterone (MT) at a concentration of 20 mg/kg for 30 days and aromatase letrozole (LZ) at a concentration of 300 mg/kg for 30 days. Transcriptome analysis was performed using gonadal tissues from three normal females, three males, three pseudo-males (MT) and three pseudo-males (LZ).
