Supplementary material for paper "Modeling brain dynamics in brain tumor patients using The Virtual Brain" by Hannelore Aerts, Michael Schirner, Ben Jeurissen, Dirk Van Roost, Eric Achten, Petra Ritter and Daniele Marinazzo.<br><br>Figures show limited impact of TR on construction of FC matrices and parameter space exploration. In particular, figures show the similarity between simulated FC matrices using different TR values ("FCsim_avgFisherZ_TR.png"), and mean FC strength for both simulated FC matrices per subject ("FCsim_TR"). Further, parameter space exploration was performed using both different TR values, showing similar parameter profiles across TR, per subject ("PSE_TR_CON06T1.png" for control subject, and "PSE_TR_PAT16T1.png" for glioma patient).<br>
