Epigenomic Landscapes Define Differential JAK Inhibitor Sensitivity in IFN-?-Primed Human Macrophages [ATAC-seq]

We analyzed ATAC sequences to demonstrate selective regulation of genetic programs by JAKi in IFN-? primed human macrophages. Overall design: To investigate the suppressive impact of JAK inhibitors (JAKi) on macrophages primed with IFN-?, THP-1 monocytes were co-treated with PMA for differentiation and IFN-? for priming, followed by a JAKi (tofacitinib) treatment.
