Supplementary Video 3

Supplementary video three provides an example of segementation of an adult fly heart that is not undergoing light stimulation, meaning no major changes in heart rate. The left side provides the segmented ground truth overlayed onto the optical coherence microcscopy video, the ground truth mask by itself (red), the FlyNet 2.0+ mask (blue) and the overlap between the two (purple). The right side shows IOU (top), area (middle), and heart rate (bottom) over time.
