资源简介:
This dataset contains deidentified individual-level simulated data from a 12-week randomized controlled trial investigating the effects of four exercise management models on blood pressure and BMI in adults with prehypertension. The study included 109 participants (aged 30-50 years) with high-normal blood pressure (SBP 120-139 mmHg and/or DBP 80-89 mmHg), randomly allocated to four groups: Group 1 (standard unsupervised exercise prescription), Group 2 (digitally monitored prescription), Group 3 (monitored with segmented aerobic exercise), and Group 4 (monitored with progressive intensity increase). The dataset includes baseline and post-intervention measurements of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), body mass index (BMI), and pulse rate for each participant. Data are presented in CSV format, with each row representing one participant. The simulated data were generated based on the summary statistics (means and standard deviations) reported in the published paper, strictly following the reported group-specific outcomes (e.g., Group 4 showing the greatest reductions in SBP and DBP). This dataset is intended to support the findings of the paper, enable reproducibility, and facilitate further research in hypertension prevention and exercise intervention.
