JNK dynamics in response to multiple stimuli

Single cell cytoplasmic to nuclear ratios of the JNKKTR biosensor in response to multiple stimuli (control, sorbitol, tunicamycin, thapsigargin, H2O2, TGFB1, and TNFa) over 12.5 hours. Data is provided as a cell matrix with each cell corresponding to a treatment. Data includes a cell array with names for each sample as well as an array of time points to assist with plotting. Data is formatted for Matlab and was smoothed using a 5-window moving mean.本数据集收录了JNKKTR生物传感器（JNKKTR biosensor）在12.5小时内响应多种刺激条件下的单细胞胞质与核比值数据，所涉刺激包括对照组、山梨醇、衣霉素、毒胡萝卜素、过氧化氢（H₂O₂）、转化生长因子β1（TGFB1）以及肿瘤坏死因子α（TNFα）。 数据集采用细胞矩阵（cell matrix）格式存储，每个矩阵单元对应一种处理方式；数据包含标注各样本名称的细胞数组（cell array），以及用于辅助绘图的时间点数组。所有数据均适配Matlab格式，并通过5窗口移动平均法完成平滑处理。
