Data for: Metrics of Open Government in Mexican Fisheries

This data was developed to measure the different dimensions of transparency and citizen participation in fisheries institutions of the Mexican state. The data correspond to an evaluation to the National Commission of Fisheries and Aquaculture in the years 2015 and 2017 and to the Fisheries and Aquaculture Councils in 2017.本数据集旨在测评墨西哥各州渔业管理机构的透明度与公民参与度的多维度水平。该数据集对应的评估对象分别为2015年与2017年的墨西哥国家渔业与水产养殖委员会（National Commission of Fisheries and Aquaculture），以及2017年的各地渔业与水产养殖理事会。
