Efavirenz

rapid, specific and accurate isocratic HPLC method was developed and validated for the assay of efavirenz in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The assay involved an isocratic elution of efavirenz in Grace C18 column using mobile phase composition of buffer and acetonitrile in the ratio of 50:50 (v/v).The wavelength of detection is 252 nm .The proposed method can be used for routine quality control samples in industry in bulk and in finished dosage forms and for the stability studies as the method separates efavirenz from its degradation products.本研究开发并验证了一种快速、专属性强且精准的等度高效液相色谱（High Performance Liquid Chromatography，HPLC）法，用于药物剂型中依法韦仑（efavirenz）的含量测定。该方法采用Grace C18色谱柱，以体积比50:50的缓冲液与乙腈混合溶液作为流动相进行等度洗脱，检测波长设定为252 nm。由于该方法可将依法韦仑与其降解产物有效分离，因此可用于工业领域中原料药及成品剂型的常规质量控制样品检测，同时也适用于稳定性考察研究。
