Data for: An inventory of early branch points in microbial phosphonate biosynthesis

Description of methods, scripts, and files used to computationally assess the biosynthetic diversity of microbial phosphonates. The workflow.md describes the sets of steps and scripts used to collect and analyze data. A .cys file for visualization in Cytoscape is included. The zip files contain the BiG-SCAPE networks, with the original directory structure generated as output and used for visualization.
