Restaurant Research Bibliometric Review

This bibliometric analysis investigated 792 peer-reviewed articles regarding restaurant research published from 1966 to 2024. Contextualizing and operationalizing restaurants into five categories (i.e., fast food, fast casual, casual dining, fine dining, and restaurant in general), the articles were scrutinized into three research realms (i.e., consumer behavior, organizational behavior, and finance) in a domain-specific way.
