Soil temperature is measured in 5, 10 and 15 cm adjacent to chamber 3 and 4 in a continous fen. The soil temperature sensors were installed in 2007 and record the temperature every fifth minute during the growing season, while methane fluxes are measured at the Automatic Chamber station. During winter when no fluxes are measured at the site the soil temperature is measured every hour. Blank cells are missing data.本数据集的土壤温度监测工作开展于一处连续泥炭沼泽中，监测点位布设在紧邻3号与4号通量箱（chamber）的5 cm、10 cm及15 cm深度处。土壤温度传感器于2007年布设完成，在植物生长季内以每5分钟的频率采集温度数据；甲烷通量则由自动通量箱站（Automatic Chamber station）进行观测。当冬季站点暂停通量观测作业时，土壤温度的监测频率调整为每小时1次。数据表格中的空白单元格代表对应位置存在数据缺失。
