This dataset provides the analysis-ready data and fully scripted replication pipeline used to study the short-term association between the rollout timing of Uganda's Parish Development Model (PDM) and household asset wealth. It is derived from two publicly available Household and Person Recode files of the Uganda Malaria Indicator Survey (UMIS) — the 2018–19 wave (8,957 households) and the 2024–25 wave (10,048 households) — collected by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics and the National Malaria Control Division with ICF under the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) Program. The two waves are independent repeated cross-sections that bracket the programme's 2022 launch. The release contains: (1) Stata code that harmonizes the sub-region geography codes across waves under assertion-based codebook guards and constructs a harmonized household wealth index from a single principal components analysis on the pooled two-wave sample over 14 asset and housing items collected identically in both rounds (making index levels comparable across rounds); (2) code building four liquid-asset ownership indicators (livestock, agricultural land, bicycle, mobile phone), a household malaria-shock indicator from the Person Recode biomarkers, standard household covariates, and a sub-region early/delayed exposure classification; (3) a district-to-sub-region crosswalk and code that integrates WFP CHIRPS-derived dekadal rainfall (Humanitarian Data Exchange) and OCHA administrative boundaries into a sub-region-by-year rainfall series; and (4) the run log reproducing all exhibits. Important: the underlying UMIS microdata are governed by the DHS Program terms of use and are NOT redistributed here. They are available free of charge from the DHS Program (https://dhsprogram.com) after registration, and the included code reconstructs every derived file from them.

(Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, OCHA)行政边界数据整合为次区域-年度降雨序列;(4) 复现所有图表与结果的运行日志。
