Single-cell technology reveals the heterogeneity of adipose tissue in human spinal canal

In order to study the heterogeneity of adipose tissue in the spinal canal, we used single-cell sequencing to sequence the subcutaneous fat and adipose tissue in the spinal canal of patients with lumbar surgery at different ages. Overall design: We used data obtained by RNA-seq to analyze the gene expression profiles of adiposity derived from subcutaneous, intraspinal fat in the back at three different ages.
