Siamopithecus eocaenus Tafforeau Paul 2004 PhD data and analysis

Scans and composite reconstruction of the face of Siamopithecus eocaenus performed on ID17 and ID19 during the PhD of Paul Tafforeau. These data are among the very first ones performed at the ESRF on fossils larger than 1cm, hence the quality is very low. Scans have been done in monochromatic on ID19 and ID17 at 60 keV with a demagnifying taper optic on ID17 and using tandem optics on ID19 (cinema Hasselblad optic and Rodenstock tandem) Scintillators were gadox each time. Unfortunately, the data are so old that it is not possible anymore to retrieve the detailled scanning parameters
