Organic-acid-derived feather hydrolysate drives soil microbiome succession toward copiotrophic and putatively plant-beneficial taxa

The files contain amplicon sequencing data characterizing the microbial communities in the analysed soil samples and control poultry-feather hydrolysate samples.
