Durant la campagne, les diatomées ont été collectées en fonction du substrat dominant observé pour chaque point d'échantillonnage (P1 et P2: sédiments; P3 et P4: travertin). Les comptages ont été réalisés en microscopie optique. Au minimum 400 individus ont été identifiés et comptés.
