Transcriptomic Analysis of TGF-beta-treated and Control Huh7 Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

In the realm of cancer research, transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and other functions. We performed lncRNA and mRNA sequencing on 3 TGF-beta-treated (TGF-beta(+)) and 3 control (TGF-beta(-)) Huh7 hepatocellular carcinoma cell samples to detect differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs. The TGF-beta(+) samples were treated with TGF-beta to analyze the transcriptional changes induced by TGF-beta signaling. This study aims to identify key lncRNAs and mRNAs involved in TGF-beta-mediated regulation of Huh7 cells.
