The RNA-seq data of the wild-type strain and the BCAM2136 mutant strain Raw sequence reads

Analyzed and compared the transcriptomes of the wild-type strain and the dsfR mutant strain by using RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq). These genes were associated with a range of biological function, including signaling transduction, amino acid metabolism and pathogenesis .
