The Magnetic Kernel Hypothesis and the Intersection Principle

We introduce the Magnetic Kernel Hypothesis as a rigorous conceptualframework for analyzing the relationship between P and NP.We define the notion of a magnetic kernel, establish its existence forall NP problems, analyze its polynomially bounded size, and outlinea discovery mechanism based on intelligent sampling and reduction.We further propose the Intersection Principle, which states thatthe solution set of the NP kernel necessarily intersects with thatof P. While we do not claim a resolution of the P vs NP problem,we argue that this framework provides a structured path towarddeeper understanding and potentially new algorithmic directions.ACM Reference Format:<br>
